With a population of roughly 2, 000, Jellico is a small town nestled between hills, boasting its own library, a state park, a grocery store, Buck’s Hardware store, and several restaurants. The local public school offers K-12 education and a local private school offers K-8 education
The town of Williamsburg offers additional shopping and restaurants and is only short 15 minute drive up the interstate. In Williamsburg, the University of the Cumberlands offers our community cultural, athletic and educational opportunities. High-school students are able to obtain dual enrollment credit at the University.
The communities of Williamsburg and Jellico both have several festivals throughout the year, our favorites being the fall festivals and Christmas parade.
All of the physicians and mid-levels have come to Dayspring from various Christian traditions desiring to love God and to serve the poor. We value the importance of unity and fellowship. Many members of our medical staff meet for breakfast each week to pray together and discuss pertinent issues related to work and our faith. During the week, some of our families meet in each other’s homes.
