Chief Operating Officer

The Chief Operations Officer works as a part of the senior and core management team with special responsibilities for the internal operation of the corporation.  The Chief Operations Officer directly supervises the personnel, financial, and other programmatic activities of the corporation, working with the Chief Executive Officer and the Medical Director.


1.         A Masters Degree in Health, Public, or Business Administration or a Baccalaureate Degree with four years experience in health care administration.

2.         Experience with the reporting and operating requirements of primary care programs funded by the U.S. Public Health Service.

3.         The ability to supervise the administrative and financial activities of a major health care provider including relations with third-party payers.

IT Network Administrator

The IT Network Administrator leads the IT department, develops the infrastructure, platform and system administration for the organization. The IT Network administrator works with the Executive committee and professional staff to stay abreast of organizational goals.


Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience information technology infrastructure, shared services and data center management including data and voice communications, Microsoft server operating systems, sever and application virtualization technologies, network security best practices, network monitoring, capacity planning and current hardware/software architecture.

Managing Windows Domains and Vipre antivirus in a Microsoft Active Directory environment utilizing DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, WSUS and WINS including Microsoft products: Sever Operating Systems, Exchange and Citrix XenServer for Visualization

Working knowledge of Wide Area Networks(configuration, monitoring and support), NAS/SAN XEN environments as well as detailed understanding of firewalls, routers, switches and servers.

Working knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies including DHCP, DNS, WINS, DFS r/n, Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO).

Familiarity with mobile devices, particularly in their integration with larger systems.

Familiarity with AVAYA and Asterisk phone systems a plus.

Knowledge or current emerging industry technologies.

Must be able to carry out the functions of this position independently.

Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer serves as the focal point for all financial operations for the corporation's health care activities.  Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer develops and executes financial policies and procedures.  The CFO is directly accountable for the functions of the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, grants accounting, budget preparation, logistics functions, information management systems, and other operations as may be necessary.


1.             A Masters degree in Public Health, Business Administration or related discipline or a baccalaureate degree with four years experience in health care administration.

2.             Experience or demonstrated ability to supervise other staff members.

3.             Working knowledge of Total Quality Management concepts, statistical tools, and continuous quality improvement techniques.

4.             General knowledge of administrative procedures associated with both inpatient and ambulatory care settings.

5.             Experience with the reporting and operating requirements of primary care programs funded by the U.S. Public Health Service.
